⚡ another arcane bot update ⚡

Additions:

• Auto reset users xp when they leave. By default this disabled.

• /xp reset user - Reset a user's xp and level

• /xp reset server - Reset the servers XP and levels as an alternative to going to the online leaderboard. This CANNOT be undone.

• Arcane now logs when users are manually kicked. This previously was not exposed to bots but now is.

Changes:

• Mod logs should be a bit faster to post now
• Few small changes to the dashboard and some commands
